This apartament is absolutely unbelieveble: in 9 years traveling for both leisure and business I have never fount a better place: owners are extremely welcoming and friendly, the apartament is cleaned and all stuff looks new: the attention over details is evident. I would have never expected a so nice place and if I will come back to Nin in future I will not have any doubt in coming back here. Thank you very much Sime and Danka: you made our holidays fantastic!

From the begining were the Marinovic couple very helpfull and kind. They were really prepared to help with any kind of request and took care about the house and the guests. The appartmenthouse with its garden is one or the nicest in the area. We were parking behind the house under a canope in shade. The appartment is furnished with new and stylish furniture and modern kitchen with all the things needed to prepare a proper lunch or dinner. The private terase was perfect for morning coffee. Its location is 50 m to the beach with beach beds and umbrellas included (owned by Marinovic appartment). If you prefer the lagune beach with its warm and shallow water perfect for little children it is apprx. 250m away but the walk is straight and easy. The historic town has a perfect mixture of restaurants and cultural program. So the rating of the booking as the one of the best appartment house is spot on.

Everything!!! It was an amazing and sunny stay thanks to Mircovic family. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, very clean and very well equipped; the hosts were very friendly, enormously kind and smiley every time they see us. They welcomed us as very close people, and sent us as their family. Thank you for everything you did for us. The beach is one step away, the center with its restaurants, sightseeings and stores are just 10 min walk. We regret that our stay wasn`t longer.
